The INTERNATIONAL POSTAL PHILATELIC CLUB is an international not-for-profit
association subject to the laws and regulations of the country where its
registered offices are located. The main objective of the INTERNATIONAL POSTAL
PHILATELIC CLUB is to assemble and foster relations between active and
inactive philatelists who work or have worked for any undertaking connected
with philately and written or electronic communications in general, including
their children or spouses, as well as representatives of postal authorities
working in the philatelic domain.
The INTERNATIONAL POSTAL PHILATELIC CLUB may accept, subject to authorization
of its Board of Directors, the participation of other individuals external to
the community defined in the paragraph above. The maximum number of external
participants shall be determined at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
The registered offices of The INTERNATIONAL POSTAL PHILATELIC CLUB are located
at Musée de la Poste, 34 Boulevard de
Vaugirard, 75015 Paris (France), and may be relocated by
decision
of the Board of Directors, subject to ratification of such a decision by the
General Meeting.
The duration of The INTERNATIONAL POSTAL PHILATELIC CLUB is indefinite.
"INTERNATIONAL POSTAL PHILATELIC CLUB" is a trademark registered with the
French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
